Location & Arrival

Our house „Am Eschenbichl“ is located in a favoured and calm living area between the rivers „Zemm“ and „Ziller“, though close to the center and the „Mayrhofen high street“, our shopping mile.

The bottom-station of the Penkenbahn - the access point into the huge Zillertal 3000 skiing-area – is in walking distance of only 3 minutes and it’s only 5 minutes to the Ahorn cablecar, the largest gondola in Austria which carries 160 passengers each!

The holiday region of Mayrhofen is accessible via the A12 motorway - exit Zillertal - and then about 30km on the B169 Zillertal highway. The fastest way to our apartments leads via the ring road (B169) past the train station and past the central entrance street. Then you get to Skoda "Luxner" and the hardware store "Eisenbacher" on the left side. Turn left here, keep left and go directly to the "Waldfeldweg". Only a few hundred meters and you will reach our apartments "Am Eschenbichl" on the left side of the road!
