Winter is marked by ski resorts "Penken" (Ski Zillertal 3000) and the skiers' paradise "Ahorn". Here every guest will find his personal winter wonderland.

Guests that have chosen a ski holiday in Mayrhofen-Hippach in Tirol will find an impressive 142 kilometres of pistes, 100% of which is equipped with artificial snow making facilities - just in case mother nature is sparing with the white stuff.

The slopes of the Mayrhofen ski resort can be accessed using 59 modern lift systems (18 drag lifts, 17 chair lifts, 7 gondolas, 2 cable cars, 1 combilift and 14 magic carpets) daily from 8.00 to 16.30 hrs.

The Harakiri Piste is a particularly exciting highlight, with 78 % gradient - Austria`s steepest piste. The Penken Park is ready and waiting for boarders and freeskiers with 8 areas available for every level of ability.
